Rebuilt the recruitment process for a struggling sales and service division for a personal lines insurer. Hiring targets were missed, there was poor brand awareness, and the profile didn’t match the comp data in the market. The company had relied on purchased and managed tech solutions – and were moving to fully built platforms.
